Live, expert-led workshops are provided to support individual trainees in developing a comprehensive action plan for their site as well as peer-to-peer learning opportunities. This programme is delivered over 9 weeks.

Workshop 3 – Managing Your Stakeholders
Workshop 4 – Setting Targets & KPI’s
This programme will support trainees in creating a strategy document which captures an action plan leveraging best practice guidelines. The project charter will capture the rationale for certification, identified targets and KPI’s and an agreed action plan.
